The problem with drinks like the Lavender Tipple is they are too drinkable! I could’ve had five of these…but I didn’t. 😉

This was my entry for @homebarawards March contest in honor of Women’s History Month. I selected @ethanol_ogy vodka as the base for this cocktail, because it is produced by one of the few female distillers out there and she also happens to be from Michigan! All botanicals they use are locally sourced too, which unfortunately means they won’t ever be able to make Bourbon. 😢

Anywho, this cocktail is easy on the palate, light but not too sweet and perfect for a spring afternoon.
Recipe:
2 oz @ethanol_ogy vodka
1/2 oz lavender flower syrup
1/2 oz lemon juice
Shaken and poured into coup. Garnish with lavender buds.
