My St. Patrick’s Day cocktail this year just as quarantine was beginning for COVID-19 in Michigan. So, this is also my first Quarantini.

I was intrigued by a fellow mixologist on Insta who used Midori in their St. Pat’s cocktail, so I thought I’d give it whirl. It turned out quite nice, the Midori didn’t do too much other than give it this awesome grassy color, which is quite enough in my book!

Recipe:
2 oz @fourrosesbourbon
3/4 oz Midori
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz honey lemon syrup
Stirred and strained. Garnished with a kumquat.
