This has quickly become a repeat at my home bar, as it is a great substitute for dessert! My version of the White Russian adds a couple of dashes of Fee Brothers Aztec Chocolate bitters and subs in vanilla vodka. And to make it a tad more healthy, I use nonfat half and half instead of cream. Believe me the taste does not suffer. Yummers!
