I got in my brain last night that I wanted to have some Pimm’s, but didn’t want a Pimm’s Cup as they are too sweet for me. I prefer an herbally drink, so I did a wee bit of research and thinking about what flavors might blend well, and came up with the Amber Moon. The color was such a surprise. It absolutely glows! Let me know if you like it.

2 oz @bombaysapphireus
1 oz @pimmsgb .5 oz @chartreuse_uk .5 oz homemade simple syrup
3 mint leaves torn into bits
(Stir all and strain into coupe or on the rocks depending on how strong you like it 😉)
